Trillion Energy Announces Debt Settlements

Vancouver, B.C., June 27, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Trillion Energy International Inc. (“Trillion” or the “Company”) (CSE: TCF) (OTCQB: TRLEF) (Frankfurt: Z62), announces that it proposes to issue an aggregate of 7,725,908 common shares of the Company at $0.05 per share in settlement of $386,295.42 in debt owed by the Company to directors, officers and consultants of the Company (the "Debt Settlement"). The common shares will be subject to a four month and one day hold period from the date of issuance as per applicable Canadian securities legislation.
