FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., July 15, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- White River Bancshares Company (OTCQX: WRIV) (the “Company”), the holding company for Signature Bank of Arkansas (the “Bank”), today announced its Board of Directors declared an annual cash dividend of $0.50 per share. The dividend will be payable on August 29^th, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 18^th, 2025.
