(NASDAQ: WSBF), holding company for WaterStone Bank, reported net income of $7.7 million, or $0.43 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 compared to $5.7 million, or $0.31 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Net income per diluted share was $0.59 for the six months ended June 30, 2025 compared to net income per diluted share of $0.47 for the six months ended June 30, 2024.
