Vilkyškių pieninė AB Signed an Agreement to Acquire Shares of Marijampolės pieno konservai UAB

On May 7, 2025  Vilkyškių pieninė AB, a member of the VILVI Group, signed a Sales and Purchase Agreement (hereinafter – the SPA) with Karpis UAB regarding the acquisition of ordinary registered shares of  Marijampolės pieno konservai UAB (hereinafter – the Company). Initial acquisition object: from 90% to 100% of the Company's shares. The final number of shares to be acquired will depend on the implementation of the conditions set forth in the SPA.
