Milan, 8^th May 2025 – The Board of Directors of Recordati S.p.A. approved the Group’s Interim Report as of 31^st March 2025, representing additional voluntary financial reporting⁽⁷⁾. The Report was prepared using the assessment, measurement and recognition criteria prescribed by international accounting standards (IFRS).
