(the “Company”) (OTCQB: QNTO), the holding company for Quaint Oak Bank (the “Bank”), announced today net loss for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 of $41,000, or $0.02 per basic and diluted share, compared to net income of $243,000, or $0.09 per basic and diluted share, for the same period in 2024. Net income for the nine months ended September 30, 2025 was $148,000, or $0.06 per basic and diluted share, compared to net income of $1.2 million, or $0.47 per basic and diluted share, for the same period in 2024.
