Humanoid Global Announces Advertising Agreements

Vancouver, BC, Oct. 31, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Humanoid Global Holdings Corp. (“Humanoid Global” or the “Company”) (CSE:ROBO, FWB:0XM1, OTCQB:RBOHF), a publicly traded investment issuer focused on building and accelerating a portfolio of pioneering companies in the humanoid robotics and embodied AI sector, is pleased to announce it has entered into an advertising agreement (the “Advertising Agreement”) with Gold Standard Media, LLC (“GSM”) to provide, among other things, landing pages, digital marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing. The Advertising Agreement has a term of 12 months that will begin on October 31, 2025, and the Company will pay GSM a total US$400,000. Either party has the right to terminate this to Advertising Agreement at any time.
