(Nasdaq: HRTX) (“Heron” or the “Company”), a commercial-stage biotechnology company, today announced the appointment of Thomas Cusack to its Board of Directors. Mr. Cusack has extensive experience in matters related to corporate finance, investment management, and corporate governance.
