(“Gatekeeper” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:GSI) (OTC:GKPRF), a leader in video and data solutions for school buses, public transit and smart cities, is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Raymond James Ltd. (together, the “Co-Lead Underwriters”), as co-lead underwriters, pursuant to which the Company has launched a “bought deal” private placement of 4,800,000 common shares of the Company (the “Offered Shares”) at a price of $2.10 per Offered Share (the “Offering Price”) for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,080,000 (the “Offering”).
