Extendicare Announces July 2025 Dividend of C$0.042 per Share

MARKHAM, Ontario, July 15, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Extendicare Inc. (“Extendicare” or the “Company”) (TSX: EXE) announced that it has declared a cash dividend of C$0.042 per common share of the Company for the month of July 2025, which is payable on August 15, 2025 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2025. This dividend is designated as an “eligible dividend” within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
