Emerita Granted Two Additional Properties in the IBW Area, “San Antonio” and “Terranova” Exploration Permits and Enters Into Agreement to Acquire the Nueva Celti Project in Andalusia, Spain

TORONTO, Sept. 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Emerita Resources Corp. (TSX-V: EMO; OTCQB: EMOTF; FSE: LLJA) (the “Company” or “Emerita”) is pleased to announce that the Ministry of Industrial Policy and Energy of Huelva, Andalusia has granted the Company exploration permits for the San Antonio and Terranova claims (collectively, the “New Properties”) (Figure 1). These New Properties add an additional 181 hectares to Emerita’s wholly owned Iberian Pyrite Belt holdings. The New Properties are adjacent to the Iberian Belt West Project (“IBW” or the “Project”). The Company’s total mineral property holdings in the IBW area now comprise 8,144 hectares. The IBW Project hosts three Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) deposits, which comprise NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimates (see Company press release dated March 17, 2025) from the La Romanera, La Infanta and El Cura deposits.
