DIH Holding US, Inc. Receives Notification of Deficiency from Nasdaq Related to Delayed Filing of Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q

NORWELL, Mass., Aug. 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DIH Holding US, Inc. (“DIH” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:DHAI) received a notice on August 26, 2025, from the Listing Qualifications Staff of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”), which stated that the Company was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because it had not filed its Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2025 (the “Form 10-Q”), and because the Company remains delinquent in filing its Form 10-K for the year ended March 31, 2025 (the “Form 10-K” and together with the Form 10-Q, the “Delinquent Reports”), with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).
