Changes planned in the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Hepsor

A proposal is made to the General Meeting of Shareholders of Hepsor AS (hereinafter ‘Hepsor’) that the current Chairman of the Management Board, Henri Laks, would join the Supervisory Board of the company. The new candidate for the Member of the Management Board is the current Latvian Country Manager, Martti Krass.
