C&F Financial Corporation Announces Net Income for Third Quarter and First Nine Months

TOANO, Va., Oct. 23, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- C&F Financial Corporation (the Corporation) (NASDAQ: CFFI), the holding company for C&F Bank, today reported consolidated net income of $7.1 million for the third quarter of 2025, an increase of 31.2 percent compared to $5.4 million for the third quarter of 2024. The Corporation reported consolidated net income of $20.3 million for the first nine months of 2025, an increase of 46.0 percent compared to $13.9 million for the first nine months of 2024.
