Recently the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office issued a notice of allowance for the same patent application filed in the United States. A notice of allowance indicates that the patent application has been approved by an examiner and that the Company can move forward with obtaining the patent granted upon payment of certain fees fee within a specified timeframe.
