Bunker Hill Announces Amendments to Outstanding RSUs

(“Bunker Hill” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: BNKR |OTCQB: BHLL) announces that, further to its news release dated March 13, 2025, the Company has further amended the vesting schedule from May 1, 2025 to June 1, 2025 for an aggregate of 3,891,096 restricted stock units of the Company (as amended, the “RSUs”) previously granted to certain directors and officers under the Company’s amended and restated restricted stock unit incentive plan (the “RSU Plan”) on November 2, 2022, July 4, 2023 and March 13, 2024, respectively.
