BE Resources Announces Debt Settlement

TORONTO, March 06, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BE Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BER.H) (“BE Resources” or the “Company”) announces that the Company intends to settle C$374,168.64 of debt owed to certain creditors of the Company in consideration for the issuance of 5,756,436 common shares of the Company (the “Shares”) at a deemed price of C$0.065 per Share (the “Debt Settlement”). The closing of the Debt Settlement is expected to occur immediately following approval from TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”). The Company expects that the proposed Debt Settlement will assist the Company in preserving its cash for working capital.
